How it works
FlowGlue sits between your payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree) and your store tools (Shopify, Shiprocket). Every time a customer pays — FlowGlue makes sure the order gets created in Shopify and sent to Shiprocket. If anything goes wrong — FlowGlue retries automatically and tells you on WhatsApp if it still cannot fix it.
Yes. You do not change anything in Razorpay, Shopify, or Shiprocket. FlowGlue connects in the background. Your store, your payment gateway, and your shipping tool all work exactly as they do today — just without orders going missing.
No. If you can tap a button, you can set up FlowGlue. Most people are fully connected in under 5 minutes. No codes, no technical knowledge, no developer calls.
Your payments still process normally through Razorpay and Cashfree — FlowGlue does not sit in the payment path. If FlowGlue is temporarily unavailable, orders that could not sync during that window are recovered automatically when FlowGlue comes back online.
Yes. Connect both. Every payment from either gateway creates a Shopify order automatically. You do not need to do anything different for each gateway.
Billing
Each action FlowGlue takes is one sync. A Razorpay payment creating a Shopify order = 1 sync. That order going to Shiprocket = 1 sync. A Shiprocket status update in Shopify = 1 sync. A brand doing 50 orders a day uses roughly 150 syncs per day — well within the Starter plan at 5,000/month.
Yes — automatically. The moment your payment goes through, a GST invoice from Dream Hives Pvt Ltd is generated and emailed to you instantly. Download it anytime from your dashboard. Add your GSTIN in Account Settings and it will appear on every invoice.
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard — no phone calls, no emails required. Your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Your account locks after 14 days. Your data — all sync history, connections, settings — is kept for 90 days. Upgrade anytime and everything is right where you left it.
Security
FlowGlue never touches your money or card data. We receive only a confirmation signal when a payment succeeds — the payment ID and amount. We do not see card numbers, bank accounts, or customer financial details. All data is encrypted and stored in India.
No. We use a secure connection method (OAuth) where you give permission directly on Razorpay and Shopify's own screens. We receive a secure token — not your password. You can revoke access anytime from your Razorpay or Shopify settings.
When something goes wrong
Open your FlowGlue dashboard → tap Need Attention. You will see the failed order with a Retry button. Tap Retry — FlowGlue tries again immediately. If you are on a paid plan, you also got a WhatsApp alert with the exact steps.
Go to My Sources → tap the Razorpay card → tap Reconnect. Follow the same connection steps. Takes 30 seconds. Write to support@flowglue.in if it does not work.
FlowGlue checks Shiprocket for status updates every 2 hours. If the status is not updating — check that your Shiprocket connection is green in My Sources. If it is red or amber — reconnect Shiprocket. If it is green and still not updating — write to support@flowglue.in.
