- Order data from Shopify — order ID, amount, fulfillment status
- Shipment status from Shiprocket — tracking status updates

- Browser type, device type, and IP address when you use our website
- Pages you visit on flowglue.in (via Google Analytics)
- Errors and performance data (via Sentry — for fixing bugs)

- Google Analytics — website usage analytics

- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered help bot inside your dashboard
6. Data storage and security
- All your data is stored in India (AWS Mumbai region via Supabase)
- All connections are encrypted (TLS 1.3)
- Your Razorpay and Shopify access tokens are encrypted before storage — never stored as plain text
- Payment event data is retained for 12 months and then deleted
7. Shopify data requirements
As a Shopify app, we handle data deletion requests according to Shopify's requirements:
- When you uninstall FlowGlue from Shopify — your store data is deleted within 48 hours
- Customer data deletion requests are processed within 30 days
- Shop data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours
8. Your rights
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to fix incorrect information
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your account and data
- Portability: Ask for your data in a machine-readable format
