Short version: FlowGlue offers a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you pay and are not satisfied — write to us. We will look at every case fairly. If FlowGlue was down for more than 24 hours in your billing month — you get a credit, not a refund.
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to FlowGlue. No credit card is needed to start. If FlowGlue does not solve your problem — simply do not upgrade. Nothing is charged.
Once you have paid and the service has been active — we generally do not offer cash refunds. The service was running and available for the period you paid for.
However — we are a small team and we look at every case. If you feel something went genuinely wrong on our side, write to support@flowglue.in within 7 days of your payment. We will review and respond within 2 working days.
If FlowGlue was unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours in any billing month — we will issue a proportional credit to your next billing cycle. For example, if FlowGlue was down for 3 days in a 30-day month — you receive a credit of 3/30 of your plan price against your next payment.
Credits are applied automatically to your next invoice. Cash refunds for downtime are not issued.
Write to support@flowglue.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason. We respond within 2 working days.
