These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlowGlue, operated by Dream Hives Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "company"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.
1. The service
FlowGlue is a software service that connects Razorpay, Cashfree, Shopify, and Shiprocket to automatically sync payment events, create orders, and update shipment statuses. FlowGlue is not a payment gateway, a shipping company, or a store platform — it is a connection tool between them.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 years or older to use FlowGlue
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account
- One account per business — you may not share accounts
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
3. Free trial
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
- No credit card is required to start the trial
- Trial accounts get email alerts only — WhatsApp alerts are a paid feature
- After 14 days, the account locks if no plan is chosen
- Data is kept for 90 days after lockout — upgrade anytime to continue
4. Paid plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly via Razorpay subscription
- Payment is charged on the same date every month
- GST invoice is generated and emailed automatically on every payment
- If payment fails — you get a 7-day grace period. We retry on day 3 and day 7. If still unpaid — account locks. Data kept for 90 days.
- Upgrades are instant — new limits apply immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
5. What you can and cannot do
You can:
- Connect your own Razorpay, Cashfree, Shopify, and Shiprocket accounts
- Use FlowGlue for your own D2C business
- Cancel your account at any time
You cannot:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell FlowGlue
- Connect accounts that you do not own or have permission to use
- Use FlowGlue to process fraudulent payments or create fake orders
- Attempt to exceed plan limits through technical means
- Use FlowGlue for any purpose that violates Indian law
6. Availability and uptime
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. If FlowGlue is unavailable, your payments still process normally through Razorpay and Cashfree — FlowGlue is not in the payment path. Orders that fail to sync during downtime are recovered automatically when the service restores.
7. Liability
FlowGlue is a connection tool. We are not responsible for failures caused by Razorpay, Cashfree, Shopify, or Shiprocket — including their downtime, API changes, or errors. We are not responsible for revenue lost due to payment gateway failures that occur outside FlowGlue's control.
Our total liability to you in any month is capped at the amount you paid us in that month.
8. Termination
- You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- We will give you 30 days notice before terminating your account for any reason other than a Terms violation
- On termination — your data is kept for 90 days, then permanently deleted
9. Changes to these Terms
We will notify you by email 14 days before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Assam, India.
